Voyager

What is Voyager?

Voyager is Verdantix’s trusted intelligence platform. It pairs market-leading AI architecture with two decades of proprietary data and expert human judgement to provide decision-grade insight to our clients. Voyager supports a number of solutions that serve each of our user types – a conversational AI interface, client portal, Verdantix Atlas, Navigator and our advisory services – empowering our clients to access our insights whenever and however they need them.

Is Voyager available to all clients?

Voyager is available to all Verdantix clients. Contact your account team to confirm what’s included in your licence.

Can I share Voyager insights within my organization?

Yes. Insights and data can be shared internally, in line with our citation policy.

What is the Client Portal?

The Verdantix Client Portal is where you can find and download our library of reports and access all 16 of our research methodologies, alongside user dashboards and dedicated account manager support.

What is Navigator?

Navigator gives you access to the proprietary Verdantix quantitative database. Visualize data, drill down into industry and geographic splits, and export charts and tables to embed into your workflows at the click of a button.

What is Atlas?

Atlas is our analyst-curated solutions marketplace. Free for enterprise buyers, and covering 88 software categories, Atlas helps technology buyers find, compare and shortlist solutions – all backed by Verdantix data.

What is Vantage?

Vantage is our community of over 2,700 technology buyers and practitioners. It provides free access to solution benchmarks, industry best practices, Councils, analyst inquiries and unlimited report downloads to support decision-making.

Our team of 60+ consultants and analysts work directly with clients on projects that need tailor-made solutions and expert judgment, leveraging Voyager. This spans digital strategy, vendor selection, product development, go-to-market planning, voice of the customer and thought leadership.

Conversational AI

What can the conversational AI tool help me with?

Our conversational AI tool can be used to interrogate all intelligence stored and managed by Voyager. It is designed to provide trusted answers to user-specific questions and queries. You can ask:

  • Factual questions about a market, vendor or technology trend.
  • Domain-specific queries on benchmarks, adoption rates or best practices.
  • Follow-up questions to dig deeper into or clarify a previous answer.
  • Requests for a summary of a specific report or research area.

Every answer is sourced from a static research artifact, such as a report, and contains a citation from the relevant section or data point.

How is conversational AI search different from asking a public LLM tool?

Public LLM tools draw on whatever is publicly available online, including vendor marketing and forum posts. Voyager draws exclusively from Verdantix’s independent research and proprietary data, providing trusted intelligence that has been through Verdantix’s own analyst review process before it ever reaches you.

How is conversational AI search different to searching the Verdantix Client Portal?

Searching the Verdantix Client Portal returns our static reports. The conversational AI tool on Voyager returns an answer, synthesized across the relevant reports and data, in the time it takes to type a question, with full citation.

What sources does the conversational AI tool use to answer a question?

Our conversational AI tool sources exclusively from Verdantix’s proprietary intelligence: published reports, blogs, on-record briefings and proprietary datasets. It does not draw on external websites or public AI training data. All Voyager data have been quality assessed by a human Verdantix analyst, and we have extensive processes for testing and improving Voyager outputs. Our model was designed to provide the most trusted intelligence available in the market.

Can I see where an answer comes from?

Yes. Each answer links back to the underlying Verdantix report or data source, so you can explore the original source as needed.

Who reviews or validates the quality of output?

Our answers are generated from research that has already gone through Verdantix’s standard analyst review process before publication. In addition to this, we run a thorough quality check on the output of our conversational AI tool.

Is my organization’s data private and secure?

Yes, our conversational AI tool is built for enterprise security. Any data you enter into the tool are private, protected with AES-256 encryption and are never used to train our models.

Are there any usage limits?

Usage allowances are part of your licence. Your account manager can confirm what’s included for your team.

Future plans

Does Verdantix plan to launch new solutions and additional AI tools in the near future?
