Complimentary Team Analyst Inquiry Terms & Conditions

By participating in the referral program for a complimentary team analyst inquiry with Verdantix, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. You must be a registered user of the Verdantix Vantage platform to participate in this referral program.
  2. A minimum of two users from your organization must be registered and verified on Vantage to qualify for a team analyst inquiry.
  3. Only verified Vantage users may join the team analyst inquiry call.
  4. Colleagues may include employees from subsidiary companies, provided there is collaboration and information sharing between the organizations.
  5. Referrals may include colleagues based anywhere in the world.

  1. Verdantix will notify the referrer via email once their team has qualified for the referral program. If you believe you qualify and do not receive confirmation, please contact us here.
  2. A maximum of six (6) people from your organization may join the call, with a minimum of two (2) participants.
  3. Calls must focus on one specific question or business challenge. This topic must be submitted at least three (3) days in advance of the call to enable the analyst to prepare and provide the most relevant insights. We reserve the right to help you shape this question to ensure that it aligns with the expertise we can offer.
  4. Calls must be scheduled a minimum of seven (7) days in advance to ensure availability and proper preparation.
  5. The call will be conducted in English unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
  6. Each organization is eligible for up to three (3) complimentary analyst calls within any rolling twelve (12) month period.
  7. Calls must be scheduled and completed within six (6) months from the date of qualification.
  8. Calls may be rescheduled up to two (2) times by the qualifying organization. Verdantix reserves the right to reschedule as needed. If a call is not rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe, it may be cancelled. If the call is not completed after these reschedules, it will be considered void.

  1. By participating, you consent to Verdantix using your contact information for communications related to this program, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  2. Information collected during the call will be handled in accordance with Verdantix's Privacy Policy.
  3. Verdantix may use anonymized or aggregated information shared during the call for internal research, analysis, and improving its services. No proprietary or sensitive business information will be disclosed externally without your consent.
  4. Recording of the call is permitted only with prior written consent from Verdantix.

  1. The complimentary team analyst inquiry call is for internal organizational use only and must not be shared, sold, or otherwise used for commercial purposes.
  2. The referral program is not available to organizations already receiving complimentary calls through other Verdantix programs or promotions.
  3. This offer is non-transferable and applies only to employees of the qualifying organization.
  4. Verdantix will not be held responsible for any technical difficulties or other issues that may arise during the call.
  5. By participating in the call, you agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations.
  6. Verdantix reserves the right to modify or terminate these terms and conditions at its discretion.
  7. By participating in the referral program, you accept these terms in full.
