Our client had identified that their existing Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) software was no longer meeting their business requirements. They had a provisional vendor shortlist but were looking for support from an expert independent advisor to build a business case for investment in a new EHS software solution covering Incident Management, Audits and Inspections and Occupational Health.
Solution
