The Verdantix advisory function builds long-term relationships with our clients through establishing a complete understanding of their business priorities and by maintaining a relentless focus on value delivery. We work with senior executives across vendor, buyer and private equity firms that operate across these markets. For our vendor clients, we most commonly work on market strategy and customer and competitor insight studies. For our buyer clients, we are more focused on digital strategy and software shortlisting. For our private equity clients, market analysis, acquisition scans and commercial due diligence are the typical ways in which we provide support. We meticulously track client satisfaction on all our projects through the net promotor score (NPS) metric. Each year, we record values in excess of 70 which is industry leading for advisory and advisory firms.

Sales is an intrinsic part of the Verdantix machine. Over the last three years our sales efforts have directly led to Verdantix growing at more than 25% a year, culminating in recent recognition in the form of the Queen's Award For Enterprise. This was awarded based on our sustained growth in international trade over the last three years – including through the global pandemic. This rapid, consistent growth reflects demand for the high-quality research and advisory services that Verdantix provides to clients in seventeen countries. Our role in the sales team is to translate interest in Verdantix content and services, into long-standing client relationships.

The marketing and events team is responsible for establishing a relationship between existing and potential clients and Verdantix through our brand communications. It is our responsibility to create a positive brand experience, even before clients view our research or interact with us. No day is the same and, as a team, our roles and responsibilities vary. However, we all work together to respond to challenges and, ultimately, accelerate business growth. We are innovative and free-thinking and we work collaboratively across all departments as we respond to the requirements and feedback from the market.
