Scope Of The Report

  • This Tech Roadmap report provides an analysis of 37 energy management technologies and looks at their use in commercial real estate. Areas that are covered by the technologies include storage, generation, lighting, windows, software, controls and sensors.
  • The report provides building owners, facilities managers and real estate executives with an overview of the maturity, business value, risks and likely evolution of these technologies. It helps them to identify solutions and their providers, and update future roadmaps accordingly.

Ben Joined Verdantix in 2021, having previously worked as a researcher at CECAN and as a sustainability officer for the NHS. He holds a Masters in Environmental Strategy from the University of Surrey and a BA in Geography from the University of Birmingham.

Daniel Yazdanipour

Analyst

Dan is an analyst on the smart buildings team at Verdantix. He holds an MSc in Advanced Materials Science and Engineering from Imperial College London, as well as a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Warwick. Prior research experience includes optimizing the performance of magnesium-aluminum alloys for the automotive and aerospace industries at Imperial College London, and investigating the properties of titanium dioxide nanoparticles for renewable energy applications at the University of Barcelona. 

Rodolphe d’Arjuzon

MD and Global Head of Research
Rodolphe co-founded Verdantix in 2008 and directs the firm’s research strategy across all practice areas. Rodolphe has over 20 years of experience in technology research and strategy consulting. He previously worked for Barclays Bank and L.E.K. Consulting. Rodolphe holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Cambridge.
