Executive Summary

This report is designed to help strategy executives, chief marketing officers and business development directors at supply chain sustainability software providers understand the relative strength of their brand preference and awareness from the perspective of 250 corporate customers across 32 countries and 10 industries. The brand assessment study was conducted as part of the 2025 Verdantix global corporate survey on supply chain sustainability analysis. This survey ran from May to August 2024 and took the form of telephone interviews with senior executives responsible for supply chain sustainability initiatives.

Her background is in Economics, Leadership and Governance (BSc, University of Navarra). Research Director, ESG & Sustainability
Kimberly Knickle is Research Director of the ESG & Sustainability practice at Verdantix. Her research areas encompass ESG regulations and reporting, ESG risk, supply chain sustainability, circular economy, social impact, and sustainable finance. Kim has worked for more than 20 years in the IT industry, providing research and analysis to help companies invest wisely in new technologies. Before joining the analyst industry, she held various roles in IT services, engineering and product safety testing, beginning her career at Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. Kim holds an MBA from Boston University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Cornell.
