Executive Summary

This report helps strategy executives, chief marketing officers and business development directors at industrial service providers understand the strength of their brand awareness and brand preference in the eyes of corporate customers across eight economic regions and 11 industries. Of the 120 managers across operations, engineering, safety and data science roles that Verdantix interviewed, 88% represented firms with revenues greater than $1 billion. Verdantix found that EY leads among the 20 vendors in brand perception, while IBM, Capgemini and EY are the top three vendors for brand awareness.
