Executive Summary

Headquartered in Toronto, Cority serves over 1,300 clients across 100 countries to reach millions of end users. In the last few years, spurred by a 2019 majority investment by PE giant Thoma Bravo, Cority has engaged in extensive M&A activities and increased its partnerships to strengthen its existing remit as well as implement new functionality. With its acquisition of Enviance in January 2020, Cority expanded upon its environmental and chemical management processes to compete as a complete EHS software solution. Cority’s acquisitions, partnerships and investments have led to the creation of a one-platform integrated solution encompassing each functional area of EHS.
