The Smart Buildings practice is now led by Susan Clarke who has 10 years of experience working with clients on building technology, energy efficiency, IWMS and space management projects. Susan has been the lead analyst on a wide range of real estate, facilities and renewable energy studies which have employed the full breadth of Verdantix methodologies.
