Verdantix Unveils Voyager, The Trusted Intelligence Platform Powering Its Research, Data And Advisory Services
- AI-enabled platform combines 18 years of analyst research, more than 1.8 million proprietary data points, and leading architecture.
- New conversational search marks a major milestone in a broader AI product roadmap designed to transform how enterprise technology buyers and vendors access and apply market intelligence.
- Future roadmap will further embed AI into client workflows, enabling deeper automation.
London, UK. Verdantix, the trusted intelligence provider, today unveiled Voyager, the AI-enabled platform that underpins its solutions for technology and services markets, and released conversational AI search as the platform’s newest feature.
Voyager is the single intelligence layer beneath everything Verdantix delivers. The Atlas solutions portal, the Navigator data platform, analyst inquiry services, advisory engagements and the Vantage client portal all draw on the same curated foundation: 18 years of analyst research, 1.8 million data points and annual surveys of 6,000 business leaders. Information is validated once, then delivered through whichever channel fits the task.
Intelligence flows into the platform as well as out of it. Vendors can opt in to have on-the-record briefings documented and added to the corpus. Aggregated buyer activity in Atlas and client interactions through Vantage generate market signals that inform the research agenda. Each input passes moderation and quality controls before the platform can draw on it, so the corpus grows with the market it describes.
The new conversational AI search puts that foundation behind a single question box. Every answer carries in-line citations. Where the evidence is thin, the answer says so, in a dedicated uncertainty and caveats section. Users can expand the full source list behind any answer and read the underlying research without leaving the platform.
Generic AI tools produce plausible answers at speed. A board paper, an investment case or a vendor shortlist requires more than plausible. Voyager answers only from research that Verdantix analysts have created, curated and quality-assured. Nothing enters the AI corpus without passing the same editorial controls that govern published Verdantix research.
For clients, the practical gains are direct. Questions that previously meant finding, opening and cross-reading several reports are answered in seconds, with the evidence attached. Answers are safe to put in front of a board or an investment committee because their sources are checkable. And because every Voyager solution runs on the same intelligence layer, a vendor comparison in Atlas, a market size query in Navigator and a strategy discussion with an analyst all rest on the same quality-assured facts.
"AI-generated answers typically lack the accountability, context and methodological transparency that boardroom decisions require”, said Rodolphe d’Arjuzon, Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer of Verdantix. "Voyager closes that gap. Every answer is built from quality-assured analyst research, and every answer shows its sources. That is what makes intelligence trusted rather than merely fast.”
Voyager runs on a five-layer operating model. Expertise: analyst access supported by agentic AI. Workflow: research embedded directly into client workflows. Interaction: a market flywheel in which vendors opt in to have moderated briefing content incorporated into the AI model, alongside anonymized council inputs and the Atlas marketplace. Intelligence: an agentic AI architecture built from the ground up, running OpenAI models on secure Azure infrastructure with governance, audit logs and safety filters. Integrity: full source traceability and quality controls at every stage of research production and data ingestion.
While Voyager represents a significant technical achievement, Verdantix sees the operational changes to its business as equally important. The platform consists of both human and machine layers interacting constantly, but with defined roles. As a result, each part of the research and insight generation, management and dissemination process is being redefined around a new AI-enabled model.
Carter Lusher, Founder and Lead Analyst of Lusher Advisory, wrote: “The common thread running through Verdantix's changes isn't simply AI adoption. It's the codification of capabilities that previously depended on analyst experience and organizational memory. Trust models, content curation, editorial workflows, vendor opt-in processes, research prioritization and analyst training are all becoming explicit, documented and repeatable. That's not just technology implementation. Together, these changes constitute an operating model designed for AI-mediated intelligence rather than analyst-mediated knowledge alone.”
The roadmap
Conversational search is the first of a series of planned releases. The roadmap extends the platform into client workflows with future major updates expected before the end of the year. Atlas, launched in June as the first Voyager platform experience, also continues to expand its vendor coverage.
Rodolphe d’Arjuzon adds: "What we released today is one feature of a much larger platform. Voyager is extendable by design, and everything we build on it inherits the sourcing, the quality controls and the analyst judgement that have been embedded in the foundations. We have an ambitious build programme ahead."
Voyager conversational AI search is available now to Verdantix clients and Vantage members.
