London, UK. Verdantix, the independent research firm, has announced the launch of its Vantage Real Estate and Built Environment Council, the fifth in its series of Vantage Councils. The Council brings together global senior leaders across industries and asset types to foster cross-sector collaboration and share expertise, address challenges faced by building owners and occupiers, and provide insight into emerging tech trends shaping the market.

The launch of the Council comes at a time when organizations are facing rising costs from global tariffs, increasing operational and regulatory pressures, and heightened expectations for building performance and maintenance. The Council will serve as an important platform for leaders to share ideas and strategies on how to use technology to meet these challenges.

The Real Estate and Built Environment Council is part of the Vantage Councils network – an exclusive, invitation-only community of senior executives from across industries and regions. These Councils spark collaboration, enabling leaders to share strategies, best practices and technology insights under the Chatham House Rule.

Vantage Councils support Verdantix in delivering both unmatched detail and big-picture perspective, while helping members navigate evolving business trends, major technology shifts and the changing shape of the global business environment. Insights from council discussions are shared with more than 1,700 Vantage users worldwide, amplifying their impact, and also feed into Verdantix research.
