Fresh Air, Fresh Ideas: The 2026 Verdantix Kick-Off & Ramble

Last week our global team gathered in the UK for one of the most important weeks in the Verdantix calendar: our annual company Kick-Off meeting and Ramble!

With over 25 new colleagues joining the team over the past year, it’s the perfect opportunity to bring our colleagues from across the globe together to reflect on what we’ve achieved in the last 12 months and to chart a course for how we can deliver even greater impact in our next chapter.

Our Kick-Off focused on the future and how we will continue to evolve the value we deliver to our clients. Our AI strategy took centre stage as our co-founders explained how we’re building platforms that align with both current client needs and that anticipate transformative change that will redefine our categories. Key to our success is our Tech Team, which has grown over the last two years to encompass product managers, database and AI engineers, and developers. While we can’t share the full details just yet (watch this space!), we’re excited about a number of upcoming product launches, and announcements will commence in the next few weeks.

But the Kick-Off is only part of what makes this week special.

On a high from our strategy sessions, the team headed into the picturesque Kent countryside – known as the ‘Garden of England’ – for our annual company Ramble, a longstanding tradition that is a core element of Verdantix culture and a part of legendary folklore. The Ramble is more than a walk; it’s a team-building experience that brings colleagues together in a beautiful setting, encouraging connection, some friendly competition, collaboration and a shared sense of achievement.  

Energized by the fresh countryside air, a clear sense of direction and a collective momentum to make this our most impactful year yet, last week captured what defines us as a company: ambition, collaboration and a strong sense of community.
