Sophie has worked within the ecology sector for nearly 20 years in the UK and abroad, enjoying the challenge involved with working on a wide range of projects for different industries (including for a winery which was without a doubt the tastiest project of all). She has worked on many Biodiversity Net Gain projects, including writing company's strategies and providing training to teams internally and externally. She has participated on two of the British Standard Institute standards on biodiversity. She has been working for Network Rail (Work Delivery team in the Southern Region) for the past three years and she is also a member of the IEMA Biodiversity and Natural Capita group.
