David is the Senior Director of Climate & Water Solutions at PepsiCo, bringing over 20 years of experience in sustainability. Over his career, David has been instrumental in implementing multi-country sustainable development programs, leveraging his expertise in stakeholder engagement and change management to create solutions that benefit both businesses and external stakeholders. David has been with PepsiCo since 2020, joining as Director for Global Water Stewardship. Before joining PepsiCo, he led the sustainability team for AB InBev's Africa Zone, following various sustainability roles within SABMiller. His career is marked by his ability to drive impactful environmental initiatives across diverse geographical regions. In 2018, David co-authored the book Water Stewardship and Business Value, framing an expanded strategy for water stewardship and business value creation. He holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Management and is currently based in the UK.
