Richard Gardiner

Richard Gardiner is WBA's Strategic Public Policy Lead where he supports the WBA goal's by tracking and monitoring the relevant policy developments with regard to sustainability matters, both in the EU and globally. In particular he looks at legislation on corporate accountability and furthering corporate transparency. With more than a decade's worth of expertise in international relations, policy analysis, and political science, Richard works with WBA to promote corporate responsibility and sustainability through government policy. He has previously worked for European stock exchanges where he focused on market transparency and integrity. He also led the work at the NGO Global Witness' campaign for binding rules on supply chain due diligence for multinational enterprises.
