Jason Lannie
Jason serves as the Global Head, Environmental, Health & Safety, and Sustainability at Rentokil Initial, a global leader in pest management and hygiene and wellbeing services. In his current role at Rentokil Initial, he provides leadership and governance to identify, mitigate, and monitor strategic risks (e.g., ESG) and high-impact exposures (e.g., CSRD, OSHA, EPA, DOT).
He is recognized for developing and implementing large-scale change management strategies that drive sustainable organizational change in areas such as operational execution, regulatory compliance, liability reduction, and accident prevention. These strategies have delivered impactful results, including achieving over a 35% reduction in recordable injuries and a 25% decrease in the total cost of risk in prior roles, generating significant financial returns.
He holds an MBA and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Engineering Management from Syracuse University, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. He has also received a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license, and has certifications/training in Certified Project Management (CPM), Six Sigma, COSO, and ISO Management System.
