I ensure that our enterprise architecture aligns with our mission and strategic objectives so that our technology investments are secure, scalable, and deliver real value to the public..

I manage the whole digital journey, taking ideas from initial change and transformation through development, implementation, and everyday operations. I am driven by creating products and services designed specifically for the people who use them. We tackle real-world problems while ensuring everything we build strictly follows the UK Government Service Standard and Digital Functional Standards.

I have deep expertise spanning the entire property lifecycle from acquisition to disposal. I specialise in connecting complex enterprise platforms (e.g. ERP, IWMS, CRM, and GIS) with the latest advancements in smart building technologies, digital twins, IoT, BIM, and AI.
