I am passionate about bridging the gap between physical buildings and digital innovation, and that starts with getting the strategy and architecture right from day one. I make sure our enterprise and business architecture aligns  with our mission and strategic objectives so that our technology investments are secure, scalable, and actually deliver real value to the public.

I manage the whole digital journey, taking ideas all the way from initial change and transformation through development, implementation, and everyday operations. What drives me is creating products and services designed specifically for the people who use them. We tackle real world problems while making sure everything we build strictly follows the UK Government Service Standard and Digital Functional Standards.

My practical experience covers the entire lifespan of a property, including acquisition, capital projects, lease management, space optimization, and final disposal. Managing an estate of this size requires a powerful mix of technology. To make it all work together, I connect complex enterprise platforms like ERP, IWMS, CRM, ITSM and GIS with the latest smart building tech, digital twins, IoT sensors, and BIM and CAD systems.
