Elizabeth Linden is a workplace leader with extensive international experience spanning workplace, real estate, integrated facilities management, safety and experience transformation within financial services and global corporate organisations.

As Group Head of Workplace Experience at Lloyds Banking Group, Elizabeth leads the enterprise-wide workplace experience across offices, branch networks and data centres. She is responsible for the end-to-end workplace ecosystem, encompassing facilities management, operational and personal safety, travel, logistics, workplace community, disaster recovery (DR) and incident management.

Throughout her career, Elizabeth has held senior leadership roles delivering large-scale workplace, portfolio, safety and operational transformation programmes across the UK, EMEA, North America, India and Israel.

Elizabeth is recognised for transforming workplace and property functions into experience-led, human-centred environments that strengthen organisational culture, colleague engagement, resilience and business performance.
