A Navy veteran and accomplished change agent, he has led large-scale manufacturing, logistics, and continuous improvement organizations across Fortune 500 and private equity-backed companies. Ben specializes in operational excellence, digital transformation, lean manufacturing, and enterprise-wide business improvement initiatives. Throughout his career, he has consistently delivered significant cost savings, process improvement, and productivity gains while fostering cultures of accountability, innovation, and frontline engagement. He currently serves as Vice President of Manufacturing for Monogram Foods.
