Lee Loveridge

Lee Loveridge is a senior leader with a wealth of experience in leading large teams in complex operating environments.  He has a very strong leadership ethos founded on a career in the British Army and JLR.  He is a highly motivated and influential leader that seeks to create an environment for his team to grow and develop, adopting a supportive leadership style.  He has strong values, ensuring his team maintain a value-driven approach to performance, enabling successful results to be achieved by all.  He has experience across all manufacturing disciplines, with a strong focus on delivering asset reliability across the global industrial footprint.  His current role is the Global Maintenance Strategy Senior Manager, part of the JLR Industrial Operations Chapter.  He is responsible for the development and implementation of the JLR global maintenance strategy, creating a global asset management strategy to support JLR’s product plan.
