His work focuses on unlocking business value, aligning digital strategy with business priorities, and building secure, scalable foundations for innovation.

Prior to Crescent Petroleum, Bjorn held senior roles with TotalEnergies and Maersk Oil, where he supported digital transformation across global upstream assets. He is particularly interested in the practical application of AI within industrial environments and in building capabilities that enable sustainable, high-impact change.
