Steve Eggleston

Steve joined Verdantix as CFO in July 2025, having worked with the firm as a consultant for six months before that. He leads the Finance function at Verdantix and holds a position on the executive team. He is a chartered accountant, having trained with PwC, and brings deep experience from over 20 years in finance leadership roles with Global FTSE 100 businesses, including ten years with GSK, seven years with Smiths Group and seven years with Intertek. He has spent time living and working in London, New York and Moscow, and has led the finance function in businesses of all scales, from start-ups and new acquisitions in emerging markets, to serving as finance director of a $1 billion+ division. In addition to his ACA, Steve holds a law degree from the University of Manchester.
