James is a Senior Analyst at Verdantix, within the Industrial Transformation team. His research covers industrial and manufacturing verticals across process and discrete markets, addressing a broad range of technologies, including MES/MOM, software-defined automation, DCS, SCADA/HMI, QMS, digital twins and AI. James has a wealth of experience in advising technology vendors on effectively developing and positioning their offerings in response to emerging market trends and customer needs, alongside supporting industrial firms in deploying digital transformation strategies. He holds a BA in Economics and International Relations from Lancaster University and a MSc in Security Studies from University College London (UCL).
