Born in Colombia, Katherine studied Business Administration before she embarked her career at BHP Billiton, the world's largest mining company. For over 12 years, she worked in different roles in Colombia, Chile and US where she pursued her MBA. She focuses on health & safety, environment, and energy, and specializes in developing and implementing HSEC Management Systems.For the past eight years, her contributions to adidas headquarters have been centred on sustainability and health and safety for own operations. In her role, she shapes the strategies for workplaces, oversees governance and conducts audits. Her commitment ensures that adidas creates and operates workplaces that provide the best work environments for employees throughout the entire real estate life cycle.
