Paul is an academically and professionally qualified information and cyber security risk and resilience leader, drawing on extensive experience across banking, insurance, financial services, commerce and industry, and UK and overseas governments. He applies quantitative techniques to focus on what matters most and cost-effectively manage risk. Paul was a founding member of Institute of Information Security Professionals (InstISP) which became the Chartered Institute of Information Security (CIISec). He holds an MSc in Information Security from Royal Holloway, University of London.
