Jaclyn Kaminski-Beneche

Jaclyn Kaminski is the Global Head of Sustainability for International Workplace Group (IWG), the world’s largest provider of flexible workspace solutions, with thousands of locations across 120 countries. IWG’s portfolio includes household names such as Regus, Spaces, Signature, and HQ.

In her role, Jaclyn leads the company’s global sustainability strategy, focusing on decarbonization, supplier engagement, and biodiversity. With IWG responsible for the end-to-end customer workspace experience—from office design to catering—her team addresses a diverse range of sustainability priorities across the business.

Prior to joining IWG, Jaclyn founded and led IPG’s first global sustainability department, advising clients on sustainable brand strategies and integrating sustainability into corporate operations.

She holds a postgraduate certificate in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge, along with certifications in AI and Sustainability, Business Sustainability Management, Net Zero, and Circular Economy.
