Isidora Díaz Heredia has over 20 years of experience leading and implementing sustainability and health and safety programmes in multinational organizations across construction materials manufacturing, mining, environmental services and waste management sectors, as well as in the leisure and hospitality industry. She has held positions at site, country, regional and global levels in health and safety, environment, ESG & sustainability and innovation functions, as well as operational roles with P&L responsibility. This breadth of experience has provided deep understanding of sustainability and health and safety related requirements from different angles, from strategy and policy development to on-the-field implementation.Since 2018, Isidora has been a member of the Stakeholder Council (SC) of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). The SC's key governance functions include making recommendations on future policy, business planning and activity, and advising the Board on strategic issues related to sustainability reporting.
Isidora has an MBA from ESADE Business School and a Bachelor of Chemistry from the University of Murcia. She is a certified professional in Occupational Health and Safety and holds a Master in Environmental Protection from Polytechnic University of Madrid.
