Vendors, prospective buyers and investors should use this report to understand the primary needs and preferences of buyers, and the best practices and use cases of ESG and sustainability reporting software. Verdantix interviewed buyers across a wide range of industries, regions and job titles, encompassing heads of sustainability, chief compliance officers and environmental managers, and spanning various departments, such as sustainability, compliance, internal audit, human resources (HR), EHS and procurement. Our research reveals that buyers value integrated platforms, customization capabilities, continuous product innovation and consulting service support.
