Executive Summary

This report helps strategy executives, chief marketing officers and business development directors at vendors providing integrated workplace management systems (IWMS) measure how heads of real estate and facilities management perceive their brand. This Verdantix global survey interviewed 304 senior real estate and facilities management decision-makers at organizations that occupy mid to large real estate portfolios. The survey finds that while leading firms are cementing higher levels of global brand awareness across the board many still suffer from uneven recognition in different regional markets which will need to be addressed to support growth strategies.
