This report helps strategy executives, chief marketing officers and business development directors at PSM software suppliers understand brand awareness and perception from the perspective of corporate customers across 16 economic regions and 22 industries. The findings are based on survey results from 333 managers working in engineering, IT, maintenance, operations, process safety and reliability, with 76% of these representing firms with revenues over $1 billion.
