This report examines commercial PropTech investment deals between Q1 2024 and Q1 2025. Technology vendors and investors can use this report to understand the key trends, top deals and expected near-term outlook for the PropTech market. Over this period, PropTech investors and funds invested just over $4.3 billion in firms with solutions targeted at commercial applications. This report breaks down these use cases into five areas: construction management, commercial property management, operational management, workplace management, and retail and hospitality management. Against a challenging economic backdrop, PropTech investment has remained strong, even improving at the beginning of 2025. Operational management and retail and hospitality management technologies gathered the most funding.
