Over this period, PropTech investors and funds invested just over $4.3 billion in firms with solutions targeted at commercial applications. This report breaks down these use cases into five areas: construction management, commercial property management, operational management, workplace management, and retail and hospitality management. Against a challenging economic backdrop, PropTech investment has remained strong, even improving at the beginning of 2025. Operational management and retail and hospitality management technologies gathered the most funding.
