Executive Summary

This report helps strategy executives, chief marketing officers and business development directors at vendors providing integrated workplace management systems (IWMS) measure how heads of real estate and facilities management perceive their brand. This Verdantix global survey interviewed 250 senior real estate and facilities management decision-makers at organizations that occupy mid to large real estate portfolios. The survey finds that established vendors Accruent, Archibus, IBM, and Spacewell have maintained the highest brand visibility globally, and FSI and Planon score high brand awareness in Europe. Going forward, IWMS vendors will need new strategies to grow their brand awareness globally as COVID-19 restrictions continue to disrupt events across the sector.
