This report presents the results of 100 telephone interviews conducted between July and September 2024 with key decision-makers in real estate capital projects, encompassing building owners, developers, investors and budget-holders across North America, Asia-Pacific (APAC) and Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).
Decision-makers in capital projects are facing greater pressure than ever to tackle prominent challenges in the real estate sector, notably, ensuring operational transparency to mitigate risk; digitizing processes to boost ESG metrics; and adjusting procedures to support regulatory compliance. Capital project decision-makers should leverage this report to compare their own firms’ technology strategies and investment plans with market trends.
