Executive Summary

Construction sites are ever-changing environments, where workers must engage with heavy equipment, often in harsh conditions. This creates several risks, which, if they are not captured early enough, can cause an incident, leading to a serious injury – or worse, fatality. As digital tools become increasingly popular, construction firms have started to leverage their capabilities to help keep their workers safe. These tools can predict where future incidents might occur and provide pathways for workers to connect with senior staff when they are in danger. This report highlights five key EHS technologies that can help firms maintain safety on construction sites.
