Executive Summary

This report helps vendors who provide smart building IoT platforms – particularly those in the role of chief marketing officer, business development manager or strategy executive – to measure how heads of real estate and facilities management perceive their brand. This Verdantix global survey interviewed 250 senior real estate and facilities management decision-makers at organizations that occupy mid to large real estate portfolios. The survey finds that Bosch, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Schneider Electric and Siemens continue to achieve the highest brand visibility globally. In a growing but increasingly competitive marketplace, IoT vendors should look to partnerships and market education to bolster their brand exposure.
