Executive Summary
This report is the inaugural Verdantix Green Quadrant on operational resilience (OpRes). It provides a detailed, fact-based benchmark of 10 of the most prominent OpRes software solution providers in the market. Based on the proprietary Verdantix Green Quadrant methodology, our analysis comprised 90-minute live product demonstrations with pre-set scenarios, desktop research, and vendor responses to a 59-point questionnaire covering six functional, four technical and eight market momentum categories. Verdantix also conducted interviews with 11 software users and reviewed the data from our global survey of 200 risk management decision-makers. Verdantix research finds that the OpRes software market consists of providers from multiple backgrounds, operating in a competitive and expanding environment. Vendors are differentiating themselves by offering easily configurable and scalable OpRes software, leveraging advancements such as digital twins, AI and generative AI (GenAI), and adjacent capabilities for crisis and critical event management. Among the firms analysed in this study, four providers – Motorola Solutions (Noggin), OneTrust, Corporater and SAI360 – demonstrated leading OpRes capabilities. This report is an essential tool for C-Suite and senior executives and decision-makers, such as chief risk officers, heads of risk, operational resilience managers, COOs, chief compliance officers and CEOs. It cuts across industry boundaries, guiding firms on their digital resilience journeys across a number of sectors.
