Renee Murphy is a Principal Analyst in the Risk Management practice at Verdantix. Her current research targets GRC, with a particular focus on the integration of ESG into GRC. Prior to joining Verdantix, Renee was Chief Evangelist at Diligent Software; she also worked at Forrester for a decade, where she was Principal Analyst, covering risk management, audit and sustainability management.

Emma is a Principal Analyst in the Verdantix Risk Management research practice. Her current research agenda focuses on solutions for climate risk management. She has a background in simulation and statistical modelling applied to climate adaptation, coastal management and international development. She holds a PhD in systems engineering from Dartmouth College and a BA from Bowdoin College.

Christine O'Donnell

Senior Analyst
Christine is a Senior Analyst in the Verdantix Risk Management practice. Her current research agenda focuses on reputational risk, third-party risk, ESG risk, GRC solutions and regulatory change. Prior to joining Verdantix, Christine worked at Gartner, where she specialized in organizational design and change management. Christine holds a first-class BSc in Geography from the University of Birmingham.

Elizabeth Babalola

Senior Analyst
Elizabeth is a Senior Analyst in the Verdantix Risk Management practice. Her current research agenda focuses on enterprise risk management, risk management information systems, organizational and strategic resilience, and global risk management trends. Prior to joining Verdantix, Elizabeth worked in corporate risk management roles across the financial and tech industries, where she gained hands-on experience of executing risk management strategies. She holds an MBA degree with a specialty in finance from the University of Lagos.

Katelyn Johnson

Senior Manager, Risk Management
Katelyn is the Senior Manager in the Verdantix Risk Management practice. Her current research agenda focuses on climate risk and its integration into risk management frameworks. Prior to joining Verdantix, Katelyn was a climate scientist at GNS Science in New Zealand. She has previously held roles in the energy industry, where she helped projects manage risk due to weather and ocean phenomena. Katelyn holds a PhD in Geology from Victoria University of Wellington and an MS in Earth Sciences from Ohio State University – both focusing on climate science – as well as a BS in Meteorology from Texas A&M University.
