Executive Summary

China has been reopening factories and easing restrictions on travel, with other countries looking to follow suit as new infections rate curves flatten. While industries and individuals may be eagerly anticipating returning to business, executives need to take action to adequately prepare the worker and the workplace to prevent exposure during this still-active pandemic. This report will provide corporate managers insight into 11 critical actions that should be taken by firms before work resumes, once it resumes and beyond. Additionally, this report sheds insight into key considerations a firm should consider when developing its return-to-work plan.
