Executive Summary

Founded in 2000, EcoOnline has been a well-established name for chemical management in the Nordic region for the past decade. In 2018, with the release of its Safety Manager, EcoOnline has begun to shift from point solution to comprehensive EHS offering. Acquisitions of DCM Compliance, 3T Results and Nordic Port highlight EcoOnline’s commitment of strengthening its overall EHS solution. Furthermore, in February 2020, EcoOnline secured new capital from Summa Equity’s Fund II and Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking Division, allowing for further product investment and growth towards the goal of becoming the European frontrunner in EHS software.
