Industrial organisations are under pressure to improve reliability, reduce downtime and get more value from existing assets while maintain cost, safety and sustainability requirements. Purchasing Asset Performance Management (APM) software is now a decision that affects how maintenance is planned and executed, rather than just a technical choice. Buyers must decide which solutions best suits their needs at a time when the market is quickly evolving, and expectations of what APM tools should deliver are shifting.

The changing landscape creates a challenge for buyers. APM platforms are becoming more similar in terms of features, while expanding into broader areas such as lifecycle management and AI-driven recommendations. As a result, it is not always straightforward to identify which solutions will improve maintenance decisions and which just add new layers of data or visibility. The main risk for buyers is investing in a platform that does not fully support the move toward more proactive, outcome-focused maintenance.

This webinar draws on the recently launched Verdantix Green Quadrant research. The findings are based on a consistent evaluation of leading APM providers and real buyer input and highlight how the market is changing and what that means in practice.
