Executive Summary

This case study examines how the real estate technology team at a global insurance firm used a combination of integrated workplace management systems (IWMS) to address its evolving business requirements. The organization applied a best-of-breed approach: it retained its existing IBM TRIRIGA software for lease and capital management and incorporated a complementary platform and mobile application to encourage employees’ return to the workplace. eCIFM, a specialist IWMS technology services firm, facilitated the integration of the disparate products in 2021. This case study demonstrates how facilities and property managers can assimilate other offerings into their existing primary IWMS products.
