Executive Summary

The pre-eminent focus of environmental, health, and safety has always been compliance with applicable regulation. Because the regulatory landscape is continuously shifting, it is imperative that firms maintain an     up-to-date view on which regulations affect them, and, potentially more importantly, how a regulation may force alterations to operations. EH&S content providers, or aggregators, allow end users, EH&S management software firms, and product stewardship firms to acquire EH&S content in an organized and accurate fashion, but market developments have the potential to diminish their role in the EH&S compliance process unless various actions are taken.
