Executive Summary

In August 2019, integrated workplace management system vendor (IWMS) Archibus announced the launch of a new suite of cloud-based software apps. Archibus Cloud brings together Archibus’s strengths across asset management, space management and workplace management services with a refreshed user interface. The platform also provides a pre-built integration with the Serraview space management solution, a vendor that Archibus merged with in 2018.  The objective is to offer buyers a solution that can be deployed time-effectively and is competitive in the mid-market. Our analysis of the new Archibus solution finds it can provide value to small to medium sized firms looking to eliminate paper-heavy facility processes and large firms looking for a software solution to support an ambitious space management strategy. Existing Archibus customers whose IT functions are in favour of cloud deployments should also review this new product.
